The Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention (NADAP) Office announced Sept. 9 that alcohol incidents among Sailors decreased 51 percent* from Memorial Day through Labor Day compared the same period last year. The aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) provided medical assistance to a Canadian sailor assigned to HMCS Toronto, Aug. 27.
