Keep What You've Earned Campaign Marks Significant decrease in Alcohol Incidents The Navy Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention (NADAP) Office announced Sept. 9 that alcohol incidents among Sailors decreased 51 percent* from Memorial Day through Labor Day compared the same period last year. USS Harry S. Truman Provides Medical Assistance to Canadian Sailor The aircraft carrier USS Harry S.
