NMCB 3 Establishes Historic SCW Academy OKINAWA, Japan (NNS) -- Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 kicked off an historical Seabee Combat Warfare (SCW) training academy, Sept. 9, for all troops stationed in Okinawa, Japan.
