PANAMAX 2013 Kicks off in Miami Approximately 160 military personnel, including the commander of U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet, and personnel from 19 nations arrived at U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) headquarters Aug. 12 to begin exercise PANAMAX 2013.   Update your subscriptions, modify your password or email address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page.
