IPAWS EAS Feed Notifications (monthly report)

EAS Participants,

 

The EAS RWT report for July is attached.  There following inconsistensies are highlighted in the report:

 

7/29/2013:  Three SDT RWTs were sent.  They had the same message ID, so the EAS device would have disregarded 2 of 3 messages.

7/22/2013:  The EDT RWT was sent with an incorrect FIPS code (09000 instead of 009000).  EAS participants monitoring for 009000 FIPS code would not have received the RWT.

7/15/2013:  The EDT RWT was not sent.

7/15/2013:  Two SDT RWTs were sent.  They had different message IDs, so the EAS device would have logged both.
