Minnesota, the Navy's 10th Virginia-class submarine, was delivered to the Navy June 6, 11 months ahead of schedule. Construction of the Minnesota by Huntington Ingalls Industries at the company's Newport News, Va., shipbuilding division began in Feb. 2008.
