September Application Phase Opens Early for Sailors Seeking Orders 09/12/2013 12:00 PM EDT The Career Management System Interactive Detailing (CMS-ID) application phase started Sept. 11, and is scheduled to remain open through Sept. 19 for active duty and Full-Time Support Sailors in their orders-negotiation window. Enlisted Sailors use CMS-ID to review and apply for permanent change-of-station orders online. Access CMS-ID by selecting the CMS-ID link on the NPC website at www.npc.navy.mil.   Update your subscriptions, modify your password or email address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page. You will need to use your email address to log in. If you have questions or problems with the subscription service, please contact support@govdelivery.com.
