Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel speaks with the Cmdr. Thomas Dickinson, commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52) to express his gratitude to sailors serving in the eastern Mediterranean Sea on the anniversary of 9/11.
