USA Firefighter Fatality Notification The U.S. Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatality:  Name: Token Adams  Rank: Fire Captain Age:  41 Gender: Male Status: Career Years of Service:  10 Date of Incident: 08/30/2013 Time of Incident: pending Date of Death: 08/30/2013     Fire Department: Santa Fe National Forest Address: 11 Forest Lane, Santa Fe, NM 87508 Fire Department Chief: Forest Supervisor Maria T. Garcia Incident Description: Captain Adams disappeared August 30 while riding an ATV and checking on a report of smoke in the Santa Fe National Forest. A week later after extensive search operations, Adams was discovered by searchers deceased as a result of an accident involving the ATV.
