Dempsey testify before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs on "Syria: Weighing the Obama Administration's Response," at noon EDT, in room 2172, House Rayburn Office Building, Washington, D.C.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter has no public or media events on his schedule.

Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Frank Kendall delivers remarks at the ComDef 2013 - Strengthening the Cooperative Global Framework annual conference at 8:10 a.m. EDT, at The National Press Club, 529 14th Street, NW, Washington, D.C.

SAF Joint Command Commander/U.S. Forces - Afghanistan Deputy Commander Army Lt. Gen. Mark A.
