Martin E. Dempsey and Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter attend a Sept. 11, 2001 remembrance ceremony at 1 p.m. EDT, hosted by Washington Headquarters Services Director of Administration and Management Michael Rhodes in the Pentagon center courtyard. The secretary, chairman, and Mr. Rhodes will deliver remarks at this event. Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the River Entrance only.
