Jamestown, Colo., Sep. 15, 2013 -- The small mountain town of 300 has been cut off because of flooding in Boulder County. FEMA Urban Search & Rescue teams are deployed to the state to help in search and rescue operations. Visit www.fema.gov/disaster/4145 for the latest on the response efforts.
