Community Resiliency After Sandy: A Coastal No Adverse Impact Approach Workshops in NY, September 26 - 27

 

The New York State Floodplain and Stormwater Managers Association is hosting Community Resiliency After Sandy: Legal Issues & Coastal No Adverse Impact Workshops on September 26 in Bellport, NY and on September 27 in Lido Beach, NY.

The objective of these workshops is to introduce an approach and tools to make a community more resilient in rebuilding after flood disasters like Hurricane Sandy. This workshop is aimed at community officials and local elected leaders. Resources including ASFPM’s Coastal NAI Handbook and various legal issues materials will be provided. 

There is no charge for these workshops, but registration for each is limited to 40 people. Please sign up for only one workshop as they are identical.
