RTC Receives 2013 Sloan Award Recruit Training Command (RTC) was presented with the 2013 Alfred P. Sloan Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility at an event hosted by the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Aug. 20.
