Take a Break, But Don't Separate 08/28/2013 10:48 AM EDT The Career Intermission Pilot Program (CIPP) is a continuum of service initiative that allows Sailors to take a break from active duty without permanently separating, officials said Aug. 28.   Update your subscriptions, modify your password or email address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page.
