Vouchers Streamline Officer Graduate Education 08/01/2013 12:00 PM EDT Naval officers unable to pursue full-time graduate studies have an additional education option with the FY-14 Graduate Education Voucher (GEV) program, announced July 26. Detailed in Naval Administrative Message (NAVADMIN) 185/13, the GEV program offers eligible officers the opportunity to receive funded graduate education during off-duty hours.
