Chef Miles Mitchell, executive chef at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, visited the guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) from Aug 13 to 25.

Sailors and Marines aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) arrived in Port Victoria, Seychelles for a port visit, Aug. 25.
