USS Gettysburg Launches United Through Reading USS Gettysburg (CG 64) launched its United Through Reading program while deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet Area of Responsibility, providing the opportunity for children of Sailors aboard Gettysburg to hear their parent's voice during the deployment.
