Cindy Thebaud Assumes Command of COMLOG WESTPAC in Singapore Rear Adm. Cindy Thebaud relieved Rear Adm. Tom Carney as commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific (COMLOG WESTPAC) during a change of command ceremony, Aug. 16.
