USA Firefighter Fatality Notification The U.S. Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatality:  Name: Kevin Hall  Rank: Firefighter Age: 59 Gender: Male Status: Wildland Contractor Date of Incident: 08/10/2013 Date of Death: 08/10/2013   Fire Department: BLM - Vale District Address: 100 Oregon ST, Vale, OR 97918 Fire Department Chief: District Manager Don Gonzalez Incident Description: Firefighter Hall was found unresponsive while supporting a bulldozer crew as it worked to repair an existing fire line on the Grassy Mountain fire. BLM and other firefighters administered CPR until an air ambulance arrived but Hall reportedly died at the scene.
