Philadelphia - A U.S. woman learned a very difficult lesson Sunday at Philadelphia International Airport after U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers seized $39,570 that she failed to truthfully report to officers.The woman, who was not criminally charged, arrived from Portugal with a Portuguese friend. Aguadilla, Puerto Rico - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) apprehended 17 undocumented immigrants, 15 citizens of Haiti and 2 citizens of the Dominican Republic yesterday after they landed in Mona Island. Champlain, N.Y. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced today the arrest of a U.S. citizen wanted on multiple felony charges.On August 5, CBP officers working at the Champlain port of entry encountered 45-year-old Woolley Fremont, a citizen of the United States, and resident of Land O Lakes, Fla. Calexico, Calif. - El Centro Sector Border Patrol continues to rescue illegal aliens making an attempt to illegally enter the United States during these hot summer months. The incident occurred yesterday at approximately 4:45 p.m., when a Border Patrol agent on patrol encountered an individual that appeared to be suffering from heat distress. (more)
