This information has recently been updated, and is now available. 08/05/2013 05:33 PM EDT Automated Broker Interface From FDA Earlier today FDA experienced system issues which caused a two hour delay in processing entries, including Prior Notice submissions. This delay resulted in a backlog of entries which are currently being processed as quickly as possible. Please do not attempt to resubmit entries through ABI/ACS as this could cause further problems. FDA will advise trade when the backlog has been fully processed.
