USS Bonhomme Richard Participates in Exercise Talisman Saber 2013 The forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard(LHD 6), the flagship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) officially began participating in exercise Talisman Saber 2013 (TS13) July 15.
