NAVFAC Marianas Archaeologist Receives CNO Environmental Award U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG) Archeologist and Cultural Resource Manager Lon Bulgrin was awarded the Chief of Naval Operations Environmental Award for Cultural Resources Management during an awards ceremony at The Big Screen theater on NBG July 16.
