Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - On July 9, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Air and Marine (OAM), Fort Lauderdale Marine Unit responded to a good Samaritan report of a capsized vessel that he believed contained narcotics. (more)

Del Rio, Texas - U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Eagle Pass Station arrested a previously deported Honduran citizen with an extensive criminal history. On July 29, agents from the Eagle Pass Station responded to a request for assistance from the Eagle Pass Police Department. (more)

Baltimore - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agriculture specialists at the port of Baltimore discovered that a shipment of cumin seed from India was infested with Khapra Beetle Friday. The CBP agriculture specialists did not find any live insects but immediately collected specimens of the dead insects and sealed the container. (more)

Fajardo, Puerto Rico - Caribbean Border Interagency Group (CBIG) law enforcement authorities, working in support of the Caribbean Corridor Strike Force (CCSF), seized approximately 5 kilograms (11 pounds) of cocaine during a joint law enforcement operation. (more)

Sterling, Va. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Washington Dulles International Airport discovered an El Salvadoran woman with fraudulent travel documents Sunday.CBP charged the woman administratively for violating U.S. immigration law and ordered her removed from the country pending a credible fear interview with an asylum officer. Eagle Pass, Texas - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Eagle Pass Port of Entry arrested a Mexican national Friday afternoon after finding more than $300,000 worth of drugs stashed in his vehicle.Shortly after 4 p.m. Friday, CBP officers at Eagle Pass International Bridge I inspected a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta as it arrived from Mexico.
