Former Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Kelso Leaves Legacy of Service, Integrity 06/24/2013 07:03 AM EDT Admiral Frank Kelso II, 79, former Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), died Sunday, June 23, 2013, following injuries sustained from a fall earlier in the week.
