(June 29, 2013) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert ceremoniously presents a national ensign to the widow of retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th CNO, at Rose Hill Cemetery where Kelso was laid to rest with full military honors. He served as CNO from 1990-1994. Kelso was 79 years old.
