Chief of Naval Personnel Announces SAAPM PSA Winners Chief of Naval Personnel (CNP), Vice Adm. Scott R. Van Buskirk, announced the three winners of the Sexual Assault Awareness Prevention and Response (SAPR) Public Service Announcement (PSA) contest, part of the Navy's observance of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM) June 25.
