The estimated street value of the seized contraband is $534,400."This is the second cocaine load CBP has stopped in recent days," said Hector Mancha, CBP El Paso port director. (more) 06/25/2013 04:32 PM EDT Laredo, Texas -U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Laredo Port of Entry this past weekend intercepted 30.4 pounds of cocaine that a man was attempting to smuggle into the United States via the Lincoln-Juarez Bridge. The seizure occurred on Friday when CBP officers at the Lincoln-Juarez Bridge encountered a 1996 Chevrolet 1500 pickup driven by a 47-year-old male Mexican citizen.
