Washington - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Acting Commissioner Thomas S. Winkowski applauded the Federal Aviation Administration's Logistics Center (FAALC) for earning the prestigious Oklahoma Federal Executive Board 2013 Public Service Recognition award for their work through an interagency agreement to maintain CBP's border surveillance systems used on our northern and southern borders.
